Current MARA registration
Student of Certificate of Australian Migration Law and Practice accepted
Graduate of Law Degree accepted
To demonstrate experience in a similar role – the preparation and lodgement of student visa, General Skill Migration, 186 visas, 187 visas, 457 visas, sponsorship and nomination applications, 188 visas and 888 visas.
Experience in managing a high case load of clients
Fluent language skills in both English and Mandarin
ABOUT THE JOB
You will be allocated clients to manage from file establishment to visa grant. Our clients will expect you to provide timely, accurate and professional visa management services. Your tasks will include:
Preparing and lodging state nominations, RCB applications, employer nominations, skill assessments and visa applications
Liaising with DIBP and industry bodies
Researching and interpreting migration policy
Advising and updating clients on application progress
Maintaining and updating client files through our client management software
Salary will be commensurate on qualifications and experience. Candidates are required to be available during normal working days, Monday to Friday 9AM to 5.30PM.
